Job analysis and job grading

Assist in design and implementing development programs

Use of human resources with the best practice models of human resource management

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, training and employment law.

Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports

Requirements

B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Human Resource Management 

At least 3 years of related experience 

Knowledge ERP & Microsoft office  

Mathematical Reasoning 

Team work minded 

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office

Good command of written and spoken English
